Google Analytics allows users to create Custom Segments that isolate specific traffic to a website for more in-depth analysis. Some people use custom segments to gain insight into defined customer types or specific paid advertising traffic, while others use them to filter out spam traffic.
We have recently launched a new feature that will allow Quill Engage users to apply a Custom Segment to any of their subscribed Google Analytics Views and receive a Quill Engage report based on the data in that specific Custom Segment. The feature will only be available for Premium Plan customers.
We are currently pulling in Custom Segments into Quill Engage, not Google Analytics Built-In Segments. This was based on feedback from our users as to what would be more valuable and insightful.
